Grayslake Police Blotter: Aggravated Battery, Domestic Battery; Warrants

Grayslake arrest reports for March 10 through March 20.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Aggravated Battery

Andrew Ochoa, 26, of Grayslake, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on March 10 for aggravated battery, domestic battery and interfering with reporting of domestic violence. He was taken to bond court following his arrest. 


Grayslake Police arrested Jordan B. Bustos, 21, at his home at 202 Beachview Drive in Round Lake Beach, at 1:28 a.m. on March 17 on an in-state warrant. He was taken to Lake County Jail. 

Domestic Battery

Police arrested Becky Neumiller of Grayslake at 5:20 p.m. on March 17 on a domestic battery charge. She was taken to bond court. 

Retail Theft

Litonya V. Williams, 27, of 160 Hamelitz Court in Grayslake, was arrested at 885 E. Route 120 at 6:30 a.m. o March 18 and charged with retail theft under $300, resisting a peace officer and an in-state warrant. She was taken to bond court.


Kyle A. Kane, 19, of Wildwood, Ill., was arrested at 10 S. Seymour Ave. in Grayslake at 6:03 p.m. on March 20 an in-state warrant. He was taken to Lake County Jail.
