Grayslake Police Blotter: Alcohol, Traffic, Warrants

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

Jordan J. Jagusch, 18, of 826 Shakespeare Dr., Grayslake, was charged Nov. 10 with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 100 block of Hillside Avenue. He was released on a notice to appear in court Dec. 19.

Anthony L. Rodriguez, 18, of 1432 Carriage Lane, Grayslake, was charged Nov. 10 with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 100 block of Hillside Avenue. He was released on a notice to appear in court Dec. 19.

DUI

Jonathan H. Eggert, 29, of 63 S. Whitney St., Grayslake, was charged Nov. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage and disobeying a stop sign at Routes 120 and 83. He was released on a $3,000 I-bond pending a Dec. 10 court date.

Traffic

Matthew E. Milligan, 20, of 38270 Chicago Ave., Wadsworth, was charged Nov. 17 with driving with a suspended/revoked license, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle at N. Route 45 and W. Brae Loch Road. He was released on a $2,000 I-bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Edgar Herrera, 22, of 30066 N. Highway 12, Round Lake, was charged Nov. 13 with driving with a suspended/revoked license, no insurance and no valid registration at N. Route 83 and E. Washington Street. He was released on a $2,000 I-bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Ismael Blanco, 31, of 330 Maple Lane, Round Lake, was charged Nov. 10 with driving with a suspended/revoked license at W. Route 120 and Alleghany Road. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond pending a Dec. 19 court date.

Warrants

Peter G. Knapik, 43, of 720 N. Route 83, Grayslake, was taken into police custody at N. Route 83 and E. Washington Street on Nov. 16 for an in-state warrant. He was then taken to jail.

Daniel A. Gibbs, 47, of 329 Quist Ct., Grayslake, was taken into police custody at his residence on Nov. 16 for an in-state warrant. He was released on a $1,000 I-bond pending a Dec. 18 court date.

Frank M. Cavalier, 27, of 434 Rosewood Crossing, Lindenhurst, was taken into police custody at 10 S. Seymour Ave. on Nov. 12 for an in-state warrant. He was then taken to jail.
