ACCIDENT
Tyler M. Beal, 19, of 355 Alta Drive, Grayslake, was charged with leaving the scene of a an accident where there was property damage, failure to give aid or information, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was stopped on May 3 near Library Lane and Center Street. He was released pending a court date of June 20.

DRUGS
James J. Wolley, 45, of 523 Fairlawn Drive, Round Lake Park, was charged with possession of cannabis, 30 grams or less. He was stopped on May 1 near Washington Street and Route 83. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of May 23.

DUI
Jon F. Berry, 37, of 2300 Serenity Lane, Wauconda, was charged with driving under the influence and DUI with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. He was stopped on May 5 near Route 120 and Lake Street. He was released on $1,000 bond pending a court date of May 29.
LICENSE VIOLATIONS
Nina A. Berta, 35, of 127 Bluff Avenue, Grayslake, was charged with felony driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license while on a B.A.I.I.D. (Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device) and summary suspension. She was stopped May 6 near Corporate Circle and Atkinson Road. She was taken to the Lake County Jail.
Miguel Fernandez-Abad, 38, of 407 Beachview, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license. He was stopped on May 1 near Lake Street and Route 83. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of May 16.
WARRANT
Derek A. Kaye, 21, of 297 McMillan Street, Grayslake, was taken into custody for a warrant for battery. He was stopped on May 5 at 129 Center Street. He was taken to the Lake County Jail.
