Grayslake Police Blotter: Disorderly, DUI, Traffic

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Disorderly Conduct

John J. Foxx, 47, of 250 Center St., Grayslake, was charged Jan. 1 with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Center Street. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond pending a Jan. 22 court date.

DUI

Patrick A. Nodora, 28, of 9 W. Big Horn Dr., Hainesville, was charged Dec. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle at E. Route 120 and Hainesville Road, in Hainesville. He was released on a $3,000 I-bond pending a Jan. 15 court date.

Sean T. Sigurdsson, 20, of 13785 Elm Lane, Wadsworth, was charged Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle in the 500 block of Enfield Lane. He was released on a $1,000 I-bond pending a Jan. 15 court date.

Traffic

Jose L. Rivas, 36, of 26799 N. Iride Dr., Mundelein, was charged Dec. 30 with driving without a valid license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle at W. Peterson Road and Alleghany Road. He was released on a $2,000 I-bond pending a Jan. 16 court date.

Manuel Garcia-Peralta, 22, of 296 Sanctuary Ct., Hainesville, was charged Dec. 30 with driving with a suspended/reovked license and improper display/attachment of license plates/sticker at E. Route 120 and N. Deer Point Road, in Hainesville. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond pending a Jan. 16 court date.

Martinez Rojas, 25, of 1991 2nd St., Highland Park, was charged Dec. 29 with driving with a suspended/revoked license and driving while his registration was suspended for not having insurance at N. Route 45 and. E. Route 120.  He was released on a $300 I-bond pending a Jan. 16 court date.

Thomas Q. French, 32, of 2812 Gilead St., Zion, was charged Dec. 29 with driving with a suspended/revoked license at N. Route 83 and E. Washington Street. He was released on a $1,500 I-bond pending a Jan. 16 court date.

Warrant

Alexius G. Brooks, 41, of 695 Brittany Square, Grayslake, was taken into police custody on Dec. 26 for an in-state warrant. He was taken to bond court.
