Grayslake Police Blotter: Alcohol, Drugs And Warrants

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL

Michael P. Halloran, 43, of 89 E. Hains Dr., Hainesville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more. He was stopped Sept. 1 at Dove Court and Cardinal Court. He was released on a $3,000 I-bond pending a Sept. 25 court date.

Willie Rounsaville Jr., 43, of 417 Clifton Dr., was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol. He was stopped Sept. 1 at 330 W. Washington St. He was released on his license pending an Oct. 17 court date.

Jose V. Hidrogo, 40, of 525 Heather Terrace, Round Lake Beach, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended/revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was stopped Aug. 31 at Drury Lane and N. Lake Street. He was transported to the Lake County Jail.

DRUGS

Miguel A. Vargus, 29, of 1432 Sheridan Rd., Waukegan, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 30 grams or less. He was stopped Sept. 1 at 330 W. Washington St. He was released on bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.

Heljon Hysenbegasi, 25, of 1906 Heron Way, Round Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 30 grams or less. He was stopped Sept. 1 at 330 W. Washington St. He was released on bond pending an Oct. 17 court date.

THEFT

Donald J. Cunningham, 47, of 416 Center St., Grayslake, was charged with retail theft on Sept. 1 at 815 Center St. He was released on a $75 I-bond pending a Sept. 26 court date.

TRAFFIC

Emmanuel Reynaga-Arteago, 29, of 408 Ann St., Elgin, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was stopped Sept. 1 at S. Route 83 and E. Peterson Road. He was released on a $2,000 I-bond pending a Sept. 19 court date.

WARRANT

Jordan Terning, 28, of 33542 Lake Shore Dr., Wildwood, was charged with failing to appear on an in-state warrant on Sept. 1. He was transported to the Lake County Jail.

Robert E. Nelson, 42, homeless, was charged with failing to appear on an in-state warrant on Aug. 31. He was transported to the Lake County Jail.
