Grayslake Police Blotter: Speeding, Revoked Licenses

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

De-Duran G. Guerrero, 42, of 19 North Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake, was charged with speeding and driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license.  He was stopped on March 10 near Rollins Road and Route 45. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of April 18.

Henry A. Harris, 40, of 365 Neville Drive, Unit 8, Grayslake, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving on a suspended/revoked license, and improper lane usage. He was stopped on March 11 near Route 120 and Lake St. He was taken to Lake County Bond Court.

David G. Vander, 56, of 130 Buckingham Drive, Grayslake, was charged with failure to wear a  seatbelt and driving on a  suspended or revoked license. He was stopped on March 14 near Route 120 and Garfield Blvd. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of April 18.

Pascual Mendoza, 18, of 1022 Crescent Court, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license, and having no rear registration plate light. He was stopped on March 15 near Fairlawn Drive and Main Street, Hainesville. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of April 25.

Julian Acosta-Reza, 47, of 316 Shady Lane, Mundelein, was charged with having no valid drivers license, and having registration suspended for no insurance. He was stopped on March 16 near Routes 120 and 83. He was released on a $3,000 bond pending a court date of April 18.

Marcel S. Morris, 21, of 834 Adderly, Gurnee, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and speeding.  He was stopped on March 17 near Deerpath Road and Route 45. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of April 18.

Xavier D. Bady, 25, of 4242 Greenleaf Court, Park City, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license, and having suspended registration for having no insurance. He was stopped on March 20 near Route 120 and Atkinson Road. He was released on a $3,000 bond pending a court date of April 25.
