Judge Denies Motion to Reconsider Life Sentence in Burger King Murder

A Lake County judge denied a motion to reconsider the life sentence ordered for a 49-year-old Lake Villa man who killed his former boss at a Burger King in Lindenhurst on Nov. 27, 2006, according to the Daily Herald. 

Lake County Judge Daniel Shanes said the life sentence was appropriate for James Early who was convicted of killing Mary Hutchison, 45, of Trevor, Wis., according to the article. 

Ealy was convicted of strangling Hutchinson at the Burger King and then stealing money from the restaurant's safe, according to the Daily Herald.
