Lake County Sheriff's Office Hosts Drug Awareness Forums

"From Our Family to Yours" Drug Awareness Community Forums to be held throughout the county.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is witness to the county’s drug problem on a daily basis. And the problem hits close to home for some within the office.

The sheriff’s office is hosting a series of Drug Awareness Community Forums titled “From Our Family to Yours” throughout September offering families information and resources to get help.

Topics range from educating children on the negative effects of drugs to warning signs of drug addiction to where to go for help.

The forums will be held on the following dates:
