Police Blotter: Alcohol Arrest; Violation of Operating Requirements

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

Kathleen L. Roche, 42, of 4915 Edward Ave., Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol March 23 near Cambridge and Buckingham Drives. She was also cited for resisting arrest, improper lane usage and failure to signal when required. She was released on $1,000 bond pending an April 16 court date.

Violation of Operating Requirements

Myong S. Lewis, 50, of 705 Brittany Square Unit 6, Grayslake, was charged with violation of operating requirements March 29 on the 700 block of Barron Boulevard. Lewis was also cited for a commercialized sex offense. Lewis was released on $1,500 bond pending an April 19 court date.

Hye S. Kim, 44, of 705 Brittany Square Unit 6, Grayslake, was charged with violation of operating requirements March 29 on the 700 block of Barron Boulevard. Kim was also cited for a commercialized sex offense and failure to display massage license. Kim was released on $1,500 bond pending an April 19 court date.
