Police Blotter: Alcohol, Drug and Traffic Arrests

The Grayslake Police Department reports arrests from Oct. 30 - Nov. 11.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

Richard L. Vogel, 51, of 150 Parker Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 8 on the 500 block of Kelly Avenue. He was also cited for DUI - BAC of .08 or more and improper lane usage. He was released on $1,000 bond and his drivers license pending a Dec. 3 court date.

Jorge A. Brambila, 26, of 1414 N. Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 10 on the 100 block of Centennial Drive. He was also cited for DUI - BAC of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to reduce speed/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on $3,000 bond pending a Dec. 10 court date.

Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse

Robert E. St. Antoine, 65, of 403 Normandy Lane, Grayslake, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse Nov. 11 on the 400 block of Normandy Lane. He was taken to bond court.

Drugs

Nancy L. Henderson, 63, of 575 Berry Ave., Grayslake, was charged with possession of a controlled substance Oct. 30 near Route 83 and Brittany Square. She was also cited for driving under the influence of a drug, substance or compound, and reckless driving. She was released on $2,000 bond and her drivers license pending a Dec. 3 court date. 

Traffic

Serena Wilson, 25, of 24535 Stub Ave., Round Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked Nov. 8 on the 1900 block of North Route 83. She was released on a notice to appear in court Dec. 18.

Jorge G. Cardenas, 22, of 1605 Lake Shore Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Nov. 16 near Routes 83 and 137. He was released on $1,200 bond pending a Dec. 18 court date.
