Police Blotter: Alcohol, Drug, Warrant Arrests

The Grayslake Police Department reports arrests from Oct. 17-26.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

David R. Diete, 45, of 1336 Clavey Lane, Gurnee, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 26 near Route 45 and Dada Drive. He was also cited for improper lane usage. He was released on $1,000 bond and his drivers license pending a Nov. 19 court date.

Megan M. Repking, 30, of 1775 Napa Suwe Center, Wauconda, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 26 near Route 83 and Center Street. She was also cited for DUI over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and disobeying a traffic control device. She was released on $1,000 bond and her drivers license pending a Nov. 19 court date.

Drugs

Alexis V. Gutierrez, 20, of 750 N. Overlook Circle, Round Lake, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Oct. 17 on the 30000 block of Route 45. She was also cited for failure to reduce speed/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and possession of cannabis - less than 2.5 grams. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a Nov. 7 court date.

Traffic

Eric J. Woods, 36, of 1426 Missouri Ave., South Milwaukee, WI, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Oct. 18 near Route 120 and Seymour Avenue. He was also cited for not having valid registration. He was released on a notice to appear in court Nov. 20.

Warrant

Zachary I. Stogenson, 29, of 5609 Broadway St., Richmond, was arrested Oct. 24 on an in-state warrant. He was taken to bond court.

Claudine B. Jimdar, 42, of 321 Glenwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, was arrested Oct. 25 on an in-state warrant. She was taken to the Lake County Jail.
