Police Blotter: Alcohol, Traffic Arrests

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

Alfredo Garcia-Rico, 38, of 18 Wildwood Lane, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Feb. 17 on the 100 block of Hainesville Road. He was also cited for driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license and improper lane usage. He was also wanted on an in-state warrant. He was given a March 26 court date.

Drugs

Gabrielle M. Mason, 18, of 34049 N. Lilac Ave., Grayslake, was charged with possession of cannabis Feb. 14 near Frances Drive and North Sheldon Road. She was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a notice to appear in court March 20.

Tracey A. Boilini, 55, of 417 Attenborough Way, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the combined influence of drugs/alcohol/compounds Feb. 15 near North Route 45 and West Brae Loch Road. Boilini was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage and driving in the wrong lane. Boilini was released on $3,000 bond pending a March 12 court date.

Traffic

Darius I. Holder, 22, of 383 Meadow Green, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Feb. 14 near Routes 83 and 120. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a March 20 court date.

Roxanne C. Hall, 18, of 720 Benton Court, Lake Villa, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Feb. 14 near Frances Drive and North Sheldon Road. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a March 20 court date.

Damian Gutierrez, 30, of 1445 Canterbury Lane, Glenview, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Feb. 18 near North Route 83 and Brighton Lane. He was also cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a March 20 court date.

Julio C. Flores-Munoz, 44, of 1429 Victoria St., North Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Feb. 19 near South Route 83 and East Route 120. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a March 20 court date.
