Katherine D. Owen, 19, of 101 Crisfield Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Jan. 10 near Chesapeake Boulevard and East Washington Street. She was also cited for DUI over .08. She was released on her drivers license and $1,000 bond pending a Feb. 5 court date.
Duty to Register
Richard Galvan, 26, of 630 Oriole court, Grayslake, was charged with duty to register Jan. 9 on the 600 block of Oriole Court. He was taken to bond court.
Failure to Give Aid or Information
Ray C. Mamerow, 55, of 28959 Pilgrim Pass, Lakemoor, was charged with failure to give aid or information Jan. 17 near West Route 137 and Casey Road. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a notice to appear in court March 20.
Soliciting Without a Permit
Jeffrey A. Kalter, 47, of 559 Chard St., Grayslake, was charged with soliciting without a permit Jan. 14 on the 500 block of Jennifer Lane. He was released on $120 bond pending a Feb. 20 court date.
Fabian Alvarado-Hernandez, 20, of 1220 Barberry Lane, Round Lake Beach, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Jan. 13 on the 400 block of East Route 120. He was also cited for zero tolerance, speeding, not having a rear registration plate light and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a Feb. 20 court date.
Erica Avila, 27, of 1211 E. Komar Lane, Grayslake, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license Jan. 16 near West Rollins Road and North Route 45. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a Feb. 20 court date.
Unlawful Possession of a Fraudulent ID Card
Ricardo Santiago-Velasquez, 30, of 524 N. Butrick St., Waukegan, was charged with unlawful possession of a fraudulent ID card Jan. 19 on the 1900 block of Country Drive. He was also cited for disorderly conduct. He was taken to bond court.
