Police Blotter: Alcohol, Traffic Arrests

The Grayslake Police Department reports arrests from Oct. 8-Nov. 8.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Alcohol

Adam R. Bileck, 32, of 6607 24th Ave., Kenosha, WI, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol Oct. 24 on the 400 block of North Patriot Drive. He was also cited for driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license and leaving the scene of an accident. He was taken to bond court.

Travis A. Rivkin, 33, of 772 Jade Lane, Round Lake, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Nov. 3 near West Trail Drive and West Route 120. He was also cited for DUI over .08, improper lane usage and not having a rear registration plate light. He was released on his drivers license and $1,000 bond pending a Nov. 26 court date.

Failure to Report Accident

Miguel A. Vergara-Dominguez, 30, of 695 Brittany Square, Grayslake, was charged with failure to report accident to police authority Nov. 3 near Route 83 and Library Lane. He was also cited for failure to reduce speed/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to give aid or information, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license, violating an order of protection and leaving the scene of an accident - vehicle damage. He was taken to bond court.

Traffic

Ashley M. Mays, 26, of 106 W. State Drive, Island Lake, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Oct. 30 near Slusser Street and Route 120. She was also cited for failure to reduce speed/failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.

Jeremy W. McWillims, 30, of 330 W. Colfax Ave., South Bend, IN, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Nov. 2 near Center and Slusser Streets. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a Nov. 20 court date.

Anthony R. Mangano, 24, of 154 Suffolk Lane, Grayslake, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license Nov. 4 near Route 83 and Washington Street. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal squealing/screeching of tires. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a Dec. 18 court date.
