Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, Drug Arrests

The Grayslake Police Department posted its latest police blotter, with items from Aug. 10-Sept. 27, 2013, on Oct. 1. This is the first installment.

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Criminal Damage to Property

Corey L. Taylor, 26, of 1502 N. East End Ave., Round Lake Beach, was charged with criminal damage to property Aug. 10 on the 200 block of Center Street. He was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18. 

Disorderly Conduct

Jessica D. Kouba, 21, of 219 Center St, Grayslake, was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 10 on the 200 block of Center Street. She was also cited for battery. She was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18.

Joseph D. Smith, 25, of 298 Westerfield Place, Grayslake, was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 10 on the 200 block of Center Street. He was also cited for battery. He was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18.

John P. Clever, 22, of 298 Westerfield Place, Grayslake, was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 10 on the 200 block of Center Street. He was also cited for battery. He was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18.
 
Drugs

Eric Ellis-Schweet, 35, of 1008 Manchester Circle, Grayslake, was charged with possession of cannabis more than 30 grams and less than 500 grams Aug. 15 on the 1000 block of Manchester Circle. He was also cited for delivery of cannabis more than 30 grams and less than 500 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to bond court.

Shaun Ellis-Schweet, 35, of 1008 Manchester Circle, Grayslake, was charged with possession of cannabis more than 30 grams and less than 500 grams Aug. 15 on the 1000 block of Manchester Circle. He was also cited for delivery of cannabis more than 30 grams and less than 500 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to bond court.

Alexandra M. Pavlovich, 21, of 297 E. Big Horn Drive, Hainesville, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Aug. 16 near Washington Street and Linden Avenue. She was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18.

Catherine P. Ortiz, 20, of 18415 W. Grand Ave., Gages Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Aug. 16 near Washington Street and Linden Avenue. She was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18. 

Traffic

Laura Gonzalez, 23, of 131 W. Big Horn Drive, Hainesville, was charged with failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle/other property Aug. 15 on the 100 block of West Big Horn Drive. She was also cited for not having a valid drivers license. She was released on a notice to appear in court Sept. 18.

Luis A. Camargo-Guzman, 21, of 18186 W. Timber Lane, Wildwood, was charged with not having valid registration Aug. 16 near Washington Street and Linden Avenue. He was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license. He was released on $2,000 bond pending a Sept. 18 court date.
