Grayslake Heritage Center Launches New Website

With a new Website, it's now easier for residents and visitors to view the latest news and events happening at the Grayslake Heritage Center & History Museum.

The Grayslake Heritage Center & History Museum launched a new Website, www.grayslakeheritagecenter.com, this week.

Visitors to the new website will see on the front page the latest news from the Heritage Center and a calendar of upcoming events. There are also several links leading to more information on the facility, programs, exhibits, collections, and much more.

“With the launch of the Grayslake Heritage Center & History Museum Website, visitors can find the latest news and information on events, programs, and exhibits happening at the center. We have also made it convenient for people looking to donate or volunteer,” said Executive Director Dave Oberg.

The new website is easy and convenient to visitors with the following features:

  • Event Calendar
  • News & Announcements
  • Volunteer and Donation Downloadable Forms
  • Document Center

Website visitors can subscribe their email address to receive notices when a new event or news item for the center is posted.

The Heritage Center will host a Holiday Open House from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 9. The free event is open to the public and will feature visits with Santa, a vintage sleigh, holiday treats and children's crafts.

The Grayslake Heritage Center & Museum is located at 164 Hawley Street, in the heart of downtown Grayslake.
