Professional Business Training Available Through the College of Lake County - Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The professional business training in this class combines the skills of Lean Management with the Six Sigma problem-solving process in order to achieve a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. The six week online portion of this class begins on October 25. Then participants will attend instructor-led classes at the CLC Grayslake campus. This is an introduction to the hybrid methodology that combines LSS infrastructure, the waste-reducing tools of Lean and the DMAIC problem-solving process.
