This class is for anyone who is interested in preparing to become a real estate agent or maintaining real estate agent licensure. The class will cover legal aspects of property ownership. Completion of this course will fulfill one of the five parts of the State of Illinois requirements to obtain a broker's license. A textbook is required for this class.
Property Management Class is offered on December 2 and 7 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and on December 4 from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
