Science and Technology Career Exploration Day for Girls

Girls in grades 7 - 12 who are interested in learning more about careers in science, technology, engineering and math are invited to attend the first, hands-on STEM workshop at CLC's Grayslake Campus.

Girls will participate in hands-on science and technology sessions, receive career advice from successful engineers and scientists, attend presentations on lunar exploration and girls in engineering and much more. The keynote speaker is an astrophysicist and lecturer from Southern Illinois University. There are over seven other speakers who will present valuable information and advice.

Free lunch and prizes are included.
