Strategic Planning for Small Business

Learn about the STAR program for small businesses that will develop a one-page strategic plan and a one-page action plan that can help propel a business to a higher level of success. Focus will be on  the four strategic areas common to all small businesses: Operations, Marketing, Finance and People. Three self-paced online modules are included as part of this program.
