Woodland PTA Family Fun run

Along with the 5K, the PTA will host two, one-mile fun runs, which have been set up to encourage young children and their families to participate. The first 1-mile walk/run for 5th graders and under (adults welcome) starts at 5pm, followed at 5:30pm by a 1-mile run for 6th graders and above. The final event, the 5K, is for walkers and runners of all ages, starts at 6pm. Entry fees range from $5 to $25.

In addition to the Fun Run, PTA will host a “Let’s Move! for a Healthier Generation” fair, with professionals on hand to talk about health, fitness and Going Green.
