The Class of 2011 of Grayslake Central High School graduated Sunday afternoon before a full house of freinds and family members. The temperatures rose, the sun was shining and the graduates were smiling.

The graduation program recognized:

  • GCHS Choir, led by Megan Ames
  • GCHS Band, directed by Dominic Bertino
  • Senior Choir, performed the Star Spangled Banner
  • Co-Valedictorian Rebekah Llorens
  • Co-Valedictorian Eric Donahue
  • Faculty Speaker Nora Bowers
  • Principal Sydney Klocke
  • Associate Superintendent Mike Zelek

The Senior Class officers included:

  • Anjelica Lopez, president
  • Kelsey Ryan, vice president
  • Amanda Murphy, secretary
  • Joshua Raven, treasurer

The Junior Marshalls included:
