Grayslake High School District 127 Board Of Education Recognized For Excellence

The Grayslake D127 School Board is one of only three in Lake County to be recognized by the Illinois Association of School Boards for excellence in governance.

Grayslake Community High School District 127 is pleased to announce that its board of education has been recognized by the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) with the 2012 School Board Governance Recognition designation.

The D127 Board of Education is one of seven school boards in the state, and one of three school boards in Lake County to receive this designation.

This recognition is designed to acknowledge those school boards that have engaged in activities and modeled behaviors that lead to excellence in local school governance in support of quality public education.

This recognition will be formally presented to the D127 Board of Education at the Lake Fall Division Dinner Meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at North Shore School District 112 in Highland Park.
