Grayslake North High School has a week of activities planned in observation of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The message from Grayslake North High School is clear:
"Be Loud. Be Heard. Be U-Knighted" against breast cancer.
The school's Breast Cancer Awareness Month campaign features a week of related activities and events to show support for the cause.

Monday, Oct. 15 – Crazy Pink Sock Day

Tuesday, Oct.16 – Pink Hat, Hair and Accessory Day
Wednesday, Oct. 17 – Another Birthday Day
Celebrate another birthday by helping cure cancer. Wear a birthday sash, hat or button.
Thursday, Oct. 18 – Fighter Day
Help fight cancer, show your support. Be a fighter, firefighter, soldier.
Friday, Oct. 19 – Head to Toe Pink Out
Put all those pink items on for this day and Be Loud – Be Heard – Be U-Knighted!
Sunday, Oct. 21 – Independence Grove Walk
