Grayslake Residents Named to Dean's, Honor Lists

Congratulations, Amber Cook, John Quinn Kolanko, Claire Geoffroy, Kirby McMahon and Anthony Lee Tedeschi.

Cook, Kolanko Named to Dean's List at Lewis University.

The following Grayslake students were among those honored on the Lewis University Dean's List for fall semester 2012.

  • Amber Cook
  • John Quinn Kolanko, studying aviation security

To be eligible for this honor, students must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit with a grade point average of 3.25 out of a possible 4.0.


Geoffroy, McMahon Named to Mount Mary College Dean's List

The following residents were named to the Mount Mary College Fall 2012 Dean's List:

  • Claire Geoffroy, a Senior in the Dietetics program
  • Kirby McMahon, a senior in the Language Arts-Broadfield program

The Dean's List honors full-time students who have earned a 3.6 GPA or better while taking 12 or more credits during the recent semester. Part-time students are eligible for the Dean's List when they have earned a 3.6 GPA or better while completing at least 8 credits.

"The Dean's List is an excellent way to recognize our top students," says Dr. Karen Friedlen, Vice President of Academic Affairs. "Making it onto the Dean's List is a real achievement for any student and many Mount Mary students balance challenging academic work with demanding family or professional responsibilities."



Tedeschi Earns Spot on Missouri University Honor List

Missouri University of Science and Technology recently announced the names of students who made the honor list for the 2012 Fall semester.

Grayslake resident Anthony Lee Tedeschi, a freshmen in engineering, was named to the list.

Those on the list carried a minimum of 12 hours and had grade point averages of 3.2 or above out of a possible 4.0.
