GCHS, GNHS Varsity Football Teams Now 3-0 This Season
The teams defeated Johnsburg and Woodstock, respectively, Thursday night.
The Grayslake Central and Grayslake North varsity football teams are continuing their winning ways.
The GCHS Rams defeated Johnsburg 28-21 Thursday night, the Daily Herald reports. Kacey Adams intercepted two Johnsburg passes within the last 90 seconds of the game, according to the Daily Herald.
The GNHS Knights beat Woodstock 42-14 Thursday night, according to the Daily Herald. The Herald reports that Merrick Gentile, quarterback, scored five consecutive touchdowns.
Both teams are now 3-0 on the season.
