PHOTO GALLERY: International Youth Baseball Players Visit Wrigley, The Cell

Robin Pendergrast captures images of the international teams of the MCYSA tournament visiting Chicago ballparks.

With the traveling, acclimating and, of course, the games, the teams of the MCYSA/USSSA Summer Championships took a day off to visit two Major League ballparks.

First up on the trip was a stop at historic Wrigley Field. Although the home team is in the midst of yet another disappointing season, the players enjoyed touring the 97-year-old stadium while the Cubs played in Pittsburgh.

Next up was a wet game over at U.S. Cellular to see the White Sox take on the Yankees. After rain delayed the game, Ozzie Guillen's team was able to take the field just long enough to watch Mark Texiera hit two home runs, one from each side of the plate, to lead the Yankees to a rain-shortened 6-0 victory.
