Rams Sports Recap

Reviewing the season through Dec. 21 for basketball and wrestling at Grayslake Central High School.

GIRLS BASKETBALL:

The Lady Rams are 11-3 on the season with a 2-0 record in the conference. After losing their first two games against 4A powers Libertyville and Maine South, the Rams of coach Steve Ikenn reeled off 11 straight wins.

Strong senior leadership and performances by Skyler Jessop and Claire Brennan combined with the emerging dominance of sophomore center Morgan Dahlstrom have helped the team overcome the loss of graduated senior superstars Rebekah Llorens, Alex Scarbro, and Roxy Acoff.
