Weather in Grayslake: Brace for the Cold

It's going to be a frigidly cold week for the Chicago suburbs. 

A high of only -14 degrees is expected Monday in Grayslake with wind chill values as low as -46 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Wind gusts between 20 to 25 mph are in the forecast with gusts as high as 35 mph possible.  

A low of -15 is in the forecast Tuesday night with wind chill values as low as -39. Wind gusts between 15 to 20 mph is in the forecast and gusts could reach as high as 30 mph. 

On Tuesday, a high of 3 degrees is expected with wind child values as low as -40. Wind gusts around 15 mph are in the forecast with gusts up to 25 mph possible. 

On Wednesday, the temps will reach a high around 14 and there is a possibility of snow, according to the NWS.
