Blue Christmas Worship Service
Is the holiday season a difficult time for you? United Methodist Church of Libertyville wants to help. The church, located at 429 Brainerd Ave. in Libertyville, will hold a Blue Christmas Worship Service at 7 p.m. Dec. 10. Visit the church's website for more information.
De-stress During the Holidays
Feeling stressed out? The Grayslake Library will hold a "Yoga: Soothing Poses for Stress-Free Holidays" program from 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 11. The class will be presented by Allison Wilmes. To register, visit the library website.
Build a Gingerbread House
The Grayslake Park District will hold a gingerbread house-building activity from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Recreation Center, 240 Commerce Drive. Children can use various types of candy to decorate their houses. For more information, visit the park district website.
