University Center Open House
The University Center of Lake County will hold an open house from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 8. Prospective students can learn about the more than 100 degree and certificate programs offered by the University Center. Click here for information about how to register for the event.
Fall Market
The Grayslake Farmers Market will host its fall market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 12. The market will be held in Centennial Plaza at the corner of Center and Whitney Streets.
Zombies! Run!
The Oasis Grayslake Youth Center will host its first Dead Last Zombie Run at 3 p.m. Oct. 12. The event, which will be held at the College of Lake County, will have racers running from zombies throughout the course. Each racer will wear sport sport flag belts with two flags per runner, and zombies will attempt to remove the flags along the course. For more information about the event, click here.
