Christmas Bazaar, Thanksgiving Menu Tasting and Dodgeball Game This Weekend

Christmas Bazaar and Bake Sale

Hope Evangelical Presbyterian Church will host a Christmas Wonder Bazaar & Bake Sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 16. The event will feature local artisans and crafters, along with Longaberger Baskets, Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple and Wildtree. The church is located at 32475 N. Alleghany Road, Grayslake.

Holiday Prep

Sunset Foods in Libertyville will two holiday events this weekend. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 16-17, the store will host Thanksgiving Menu Tasting Days, where customers can sample signature Thanksgiving dishes. The store will also hold a Fall Floral Workshop at 10 a.m. Nov. 16. The cost to participate is $25. Register in advance at the customer service desk. Dads, Watch Out!

The Grayslake Park District will host a Father/Son Dodgeball Night from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 17. The event will cost $5 per person for residents and $7 for nonresidents and will be held at the Recreation Center, 240 Commerce Drive.
