Service is not slow. It's average for a place that's packed all the time.It's loud sometimes because it's packed and everyone is talking, not to mention the TV's are on too. And there's music.Babies are not crying everywhere. You see just as many small children here and possibly crying as anywhere else you go...it's a family pizza joint. The food is consistant and reasonably priced. This is not Domino's or Papa John's garbage.

Very fun and relaxed atmosphere. A great place to unwind with family and friends. They specialize in tasty pizzas, appetizers and sandwiches. Service is slow,loud high ceilings & overpriced pizza...Babies crying everywhere ( unattended often)..I like the Mundelein restaurant.

Bill's is a good place to go and enjoy a pizza and beer. Service is just fine there. If you are in a rush, then either get a carry out or go pick one up at the grocery store. I agree with Fran.
