If you're looking for delicious and authentic Mexican food, this is the place! Since they opened recently, my husband and I have eaten there nine times. Not only is the food fabulous, the customer service is the best I have ever experienced!
Tonight, I called to order an item on the menu that I became obsessed with at our first visit, the gordita de chicharron. Much to my dismay, I was informed me that it was off the menu due to lack of interest. OMG...I was devastated...I ALWAYS add on one of those gorditas.
I was supremely bummed out, because I had been looking forward to that gordita all day. When my husband got home he told me that Lisette said that there was a special note in the bag that she thought would make me happy. Imagine my surprise and delight when I this note, "Enjoy! We had enough chicharron to make two gorditas. :) Mogotes"
WHAT???!!!! Are you kidding me? Not only that, they didn't even charge us for them.
I've never experienced this level of customer service in an independently owned eatery...or any eatery for that matter. They went way above and beyond any expectation I had.
Please go and support this local treasure. Their food is delicious and you'll be treated right! :)
