I dont like Sushi but I love this place! I love the martini's and the salad dressing and the chicken terriaki ! My husband has had most of the sushi and loves all of it!

Sushi? Grayslake? Huh? I've been to SakeZake about a dozen times in the past few years - each time was a wonderful experience. When you first walk in the front door, you hear the warm greetings from the staff and especially the sushi masters behind the counter. Decor is quite swank, clean and elegant. Fish is extra fresh and clean tasting (don't miss the Tuna Bomb!). What stands out to me is the care taken to cut a perfect piece of sushi. Stick with beer & wine, skip the martinis. I found that they shake the living daylights out of them causing a too high water content. Do bring your checkbook - I don't think the 2 $$ rated above is enough. It should be closer to 3 $.
