I don't think that was why the bill was proposed. Sandy Hook has brought up the issue of gin violence and many other issues. And that is clearly not why the bill didn't pass.

I don't the the Patch is known for its well thought out, pollster driven question. They bring up issues that our current in our State to create discussions. Although, I have failed to see a real discussion here. And it really haven't seen a real dialogue ever on the patch.

I would make an observation - when 1 party control takes place in a county, State etc. it is not a good thing. Lake County is an example of one party rule as the state is of one party rule. And what does this have to do with registering guns bought at a gun show???????

One question about having background checks at gun shows seems to be a reason to show so much ignorance. You give us MEDICAL Marijuana and you can have a registered rocket launcher.
