Former Frederick School PTO treasurer Elizabeth Bako, 41, is now set to go to trial Oct. 7, according to the Daily Herald.
A pre-trial date has been set for Sept. 4, according to the Lake County News-Sun.
Bako is charged with two counts of felony theft, one for theft of $10,000 to $100,000 and the other for theft of $500 to $10,000. She has also been charged with two counts of unlawful purchase with a credit or debit card, according to the Lake County Circuit Clerk's Office.
The incidents allegedly occurred between April 2011 and May 2012 while Bako was serving as treasurer of the Frederick School PTO. The Grayslake resident pleaded not guilty at an arraignment hearing Dec. 5, 2012.
