Rowland Custom Framing & Art Gallery, located at 170 Center St. in Grayslake, is offering a special Small Business Saturday deal. On Nov. 30, the store will offer 30 percent off framing.
The store is also offering a deal on framed jerseys through Dec. 20. Owner Christine Kubiak said framed jerseys typically cost $500 and up, but Rowland Custom Framing will offer them for $350 through Dec. 20.
